Birds Nest Club ("BNC," "we," "us") is a pre-launch crew accommodation network being developed for airline flight crew based at and operating out of major U.S. airports. Our website is located at birdsnestclub.com.
We are currently in a pilot research and planning phase. No payment or formal membership is being processed at this time.

When you fill out any form on our website (the Intel Engine survey, Member Application, or Founder Access form), we may collect:

- Your airline employer and job role
- Your primary base airport and home city
- Your schedule patterns and housing preferences
We do not collect payment information at this time. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

- Market research: To understand housing demand and crew schedule patterns to help us plan our first property locations.
- Business planning: To validate our pricing model and membership structure before launch.

Your form submissions are stored in two places:
- A secure file on our web server (DreamHost), accessible only to our administrative team.
- An email notification sent to our founder's private inbox.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we have stored about you.
- Ask us to delete your information from our records at any time.
- Opt out of any future communications from us.
